Rock Bands Shark Tank Pitch
Lee Dahlberg has Rock Bands, trendy fashion accessories and welcomes Robin Leach in to help him pitch his product line. His stones come from a back stage equipment cage for each rock which are hand carved from healing stones. Bono, Johny Depp, President Bill Clinton, Angela Jolie, Brad Pitt, and more celebrities.
Each Shark gets their own Rock Bands from Lee Dahlberg. He says he is not a great guru of healing powers saying if it is a placebo that is fine.
Sales for Rock Bands is $350,000 over five years. and he signed a contract with an Italian company licensing his name of Rock Bands. They are giving him 40% of the profit from sales.
He had a purchase order for $150,000 that was cancelled after he made the product. The purchaser said sue us when he tried to enforce the agreement.
They cost $12 including the case to make, and wholesales at $50 and retails between $99-150. He is selling a dozen a week at the time of his pitch. He is litigating his trademark with Rock Bands.
