Blondie's Cookies owns 12 locations in Indiana and Florida. Her sales were $2.3 million but had a flat year because she opened four stores in Florida. Two of the stores are not more than a year old. The new stores are losing about $170,000.
Brenda informs the Sharks that bank debt for $800,000 is also part of the deal. Blondie's Cookies is getting beat up by the Sharks.
Brenda tells them that the Sharks are investing in four things. 1) The brand name to a beautiful product, 2) There is nothing like Blondie's Cookies, 3) They have systems of twenty-six years, and 4) They get Brenda, one of the hardest working CEO's.
