What am I going to do? I will think of something!

What am I going to do?

I used to have people ask me, “what am I going to do?” I would always say, “I don't know but I will think of something!” Almost always, I would figure something out and come out of the storm with something big.

Now, I don't have people asking me, “What am I going to do?” Instead, I have people tell me I am doing the right things, and my struggles will make for a great story in the future.

How I approach life is changing greatly. In the past, boundaries were something that were for people who wanted to live by rules, but not for entrepreneurs. Now, I find myself appreciating boundaries more than ever. You can thank my walk with Christ for this change.

If you have watched the movie “Founder”, I find myself identifying less with Ray Kroc and more with the McDonald brothers. My focus previously would be to emulate people like Ray Kroc, but my personality is more inline with the McDonald brothers.

Having that inter fight causes you to have to answer the question, “Now what am I going to do?”

I've spent the last year plus developing my walk with Christ, and now I have a clearer picture of who I am and what I am about. Unfortunately, that comes with a ton of baggage from the past that causes me great pain.

No longer is coming up with the quick fix an option for, “what am I going to do?” and instead, I'm fighting through looking for a more permanent solution to life's challenges.

I know my current struggles will contribute to a strengthened future. Yes, this is going to be another great story, probably the best one yet. But, I'd much rather not face the challenges that are in front of me. I won't dwell on that too much as I'm here, and the problems aren't going to pass me by.

We'll have to wait and see what I am going to do, as I am not quite sure at the moment, but with a lot of help from the big guy upstairs, I will think of something worthwhile, hopefully better than ever.
