It's Saturday, October 22, 2016, and the Iowa Hawkeyes are about to take on the #10 Wisconsin Badgers.
The Badgers are a sure bet to win this game with the ESPN matchup predictor favoring the incoming opponent 60.7% to 39.3%. But, the Hawkeyes are known to come to the table when a dismal performance is almost guaranteed, and hopefully, this is one of those times.
And, if the Hawkeyes win this game, fans will be looking to their two losses by a total of 3 points, thinking about what could have resulted in an undefeated season.
What if Hawkeyes beat Badgers?
Suppose Iowa pulls out this game, with a big win over Wisconsin, will the Hawkeyes get back into a big game picture? Iowa already is tied with Nebraska for the top of Big Ten West.
Of course, the Hawkeyes will face Michigan, the number 3 team in the country, Again, is it possible that Iowa could pull another miracle win in that game? Then, Iowa would meet Nebraska in the final game of the Big Ten season and play for the Big Ten Championship.
Will we see Ferentz pull some Hayden Fry scheme by placing Desmond King on offense? You know the fans would go nuts if this would happen, and today would be the perfect day to see that kind of trickery. King on offense surely rattles the Badgers, don't you think?
