Here is an incredibly easy way to make a few extra bucks with Twitter just by tweeting messages for companies that sponsor your tweets. Sponsored Tweets is a company that was put together to bring Publishers and advertisers together.
You set your own price you want to charge for a tweet and then advertisers make you an offer to tweet for them. You can then decide if you want to take their offer or pass on tweeting about their company.
You write the tweet, and a notation is included so Tweeters know that your message is an advertisement. The advertiser has the option to approve your tweet before it's sent and once done, Sponsored Tweets will send out the advertisement for you.
You are paid directly into your PayPal usually around an hour after you make a request for funds to be transferred. You don't have to wait for the next month. There is a $50 threshold before you are eligible to be paid out.
You'll also be able to see how many people click on the advertisement via the Sponsored Tweets control panel.
If you have lots of influence over your followers, you should consider joining the Sponsored Tweets affiliate program and you will be able to earn money from tweets sent by those people that joined the program through your links.
It's a good feeling when Sponsored Tweets sends out a message saying you just got paid for a tweet from a person that signed up under you.
