Two Hours of Shark Tank on Sunday Nights

two hours of Shark Tank

Every Sunday night, we get to watch two hours of Shark Tank which are new episodes. I admit, I fell out of interest in watching Shark Tank after blogging about it for the first several years, but I am getting back into the show. The set is brand new, the level of the entrepreneur is elevated, and the deals are bigger than ever.

The show features quite a few new guest Sharks who are doing deals and making offers which makes the show interesting while retaining the longtime Sharks, Mark Cuban, Daymond John, Barbara Corcoran, Kevin O'Leary, Lori Grenier, and Robert Herjavec.

The show launched in August of 2009 and is now nine seasons and counting! How long will the show continue to go is anyone's guess, I don't see it stopping anytime soon.

The format features four entrepreneurial pitches to five Sharks. They come in seeking a specific amount and then make their pitch. The Sharks have the opportunity to counter the offer or go out. Quite a few deals have happened in the episodes I've watched this year.

My most popular Shark Tank Blog post is about Jeska Shoe Company – Check it out

Keep in mind, that just because an agreement happens on the show does not mean the deal consummates. The Sharks(investors) have to do due diligence on the back of the offer, so a deal on the show is a term sheet, or an agreement to complete an actual contract. Either party, the entrepreneur or the shark is capable of backing out of the deal after the show is recorded, and does frequently happen.

Do you watch Two Hours of Shark Tank

So, do you agree with me, and are you watching two hours of Shark Tank on Sunday nights? I wonder if the show is knocking off any viewership of Sunday Night Football? The show ironically is less controversial then Professional football as of late!
