Moberi – peddle power smoothies misses Shark Tank deal

Moberi - Shark Tank

Moberi is a juice bar that lets you make your Smoothies with their Bicycle Powered mixers. The customer peddles to power their smoothies in the mixer, or his staff will do it for them. The mixer is attached to the bicycle and runs when you peddle the fixed location bike.

Moberi Smoothies are made with peddle power

Moberi smoothies are made with fresh produce from local farms. Ryan sold $70,000 in his full-time location and a cart that is set up for on site. He is projecting a hundred thousand dollars in sales for the year.

The bikes run about $2,000 each. Ryan made the originals out of Schwinn Exercise bikes at $400, but they were not as safe and efficient as the current bikes. He can open two more carts with the $50,000.

What do the Shark Tank Investors say about Moberi

Mark Cuban loves the idea, but he doesn't like the cost of the bikes. He is innovative and took a concept that didn't exist, he would be all over this if he had other applications, but he is out.

Daymond John thinks Ryan looks like a Gerbil working at his location. Daymond sees this on an island, but he is out.

Kevin O'Leary has a headline, “Man dies making a smoothie on a bike,” he is out.

Barbara Corcoran thinks it is a happy business, but the numbers don't make sense.

Robert Herjavec thinks it is very clever, but he does not see it scaling, so he is out.

Moberi after Shark Tank?

Moberi's website is gone, so one would assume that the business is gone as well. It needs to be on an island as Daymond suggested.
