Here's how to start a business. In 1995, I bought my first computer and got online. In the first 24 hours, I launched the foundation for a 50 million dollar a year business that would employ hundreds of people. I had no idea that's what would happen, but it did because when I got online, I immediately started to build my first website. I didn't even think about it.
Most great businesses happen because an Entrepreneur somewhere started working on something that they were passionate about. They didn't think about it, they just started working on it and kept working on it. They put their blood, sweat and tears into the business to keep it growing and they found success.
I'm fortunate today because I just started, I didn't debate if I could do it, I didn't even try to control what it would become. I focused on starting this website and making it into the best possible resource I could.
If you ask most entrepreneurs, many successful businesses happen almost by accident, or so it seams. But when you look at the path taken, you realize that what appeared to be an accident, isn't so. It's because of tenacity, passion and love for what we do that makes a business successful.
You can be successful too, after all, when I bought that first computer, I had no idea what I was doing, but after staying up for 24 hours straight, I had launched my first website on AOL.
