The Eggmazing Egg Decorator is pitching Shark Tank in Season 9 Episode 23. Apparently, they have created a new way to decorate eggs, and are patent pending according to the companies website. The egg maker spins the eggs while you use a colored marker to make your designs on your Easter Eggs.

The downfall to this product is the seasonality. The Sharks will see this as a product, not a business. The question is, does Eggmazing Egg Decorator have the kind of sales that will encourage the Sharks to invest? Specifically, will Kevin O'Leary see this as a licensing deal, or is the market to small for him make the offer?

Eggmazing Egg Decorator is not the only product that Scott Houdashell offers. He also has the Treemendous Ornament Decorator which spins the same as the Easter Egg Decorator but lets you decorate ornaments for the Christmas Tree. We'll see if he pitches Treemendous Ornament Decorator as part of the deal.

Scott Houdashell launched a Kickstarter Campaign in late 2016, raising $7,736 with 147 backers. Having only 147 backers is a pretty slim market because the Sharks are going to want to see more significant numbers, and the website doesn't strike me as a site that is set up with the help of the Sharks.

The biggest complaint on the reviews is how fast the markers dry out, and how the ink accumulates on the rollers that hold the eggs. Customers say they have to clean the rollers fairly frequently with alcohol. Note that negative reviews account for 11 out of 59 reviews, most of which 61% are five-star reviews.
