Bubba's Q BBQ Shark Tank Pitch
Let me start off by saying I love Bubba's Q BBQ boneless barbecue ribs. I've picked these ribs up at the store multiple times and they melt in your mouth. The sauce is fantastic, and meat is tender beyond belief. Every last piece is gone every time.
Bubba played in the NFL before starting Bubba's Q BBQ ribs. He played in the NFL for thirteen years, as he says things don't always go to your game plan, but the end result is what matters, and that is winning.
Al “Bubba” Baker has his daughter make Bubba's Q BBQ ribs in the microwave, something I have not done, preferring to make them in an oven. The meet is deboned, still in rack form without being made to look like ribs.
They cook the ribs bone-in and remove the bone immediately after cooking and then refrigerate it. He is a patent for the product as well as a patent for the process. No one else can make a full rack of ribs with one or more bones removed fully cooked.
His sales are $150,000 over the last year. He has been working on it for the past twenty years. He quit at one point, and his daughter challenged him to get back in the game.

Bubba's Q BBQ is everywhere, and I get it at the Hy-Vee grocery stores. Love the stuff, and will keep buying it. This BBQ is Daymond John's biggest deal, going from $154,000 in sales to over $16 million in three years. I will make sure that number keeps going up!
