Bounce Boot Camp bouncy house fitness Shark Tank pitch

Bounce Boot Camp - Shark Tank

Bounce Boot Camp utilizes inflatable bounce houses. Thomas Hill will pitches in the Shark Tank in Season 5. He is a former NFL player who is into fitness for kids.

One in three children are obese, and Thomas wants to change that. He got in a bounce house with his daughter and wound up having a significant work out, which gave him an idea to use the bounce house as part of a fitness program.

Bounce Boot Camp in every city?

Thomas wants to put a Bounce Boot Camp in every city across the country. He invites the Sharks to come down and experience the workout. Mark Cuban steps up to the plate. Then Robert and Daymond race through the bounce bootcamp with Daymond John winning the match.

The company is a business-in-a-box, and is mobile in a truck. Each class is 60 minutes, and kids sign up for 8, 16, or 24 classes with prices ranging from $99 to $250. The kids earn different colored dog tags as they are promoted through the program.

He wants to silence the Bounce Boot Camp throughout the country. His previous sixteen months in sales are $43,000 working one day a week. The last month he did $2,500. The business cost of equipment is $20,000 with the package price is $40,000. He has not sold a package yet.

Thomas does pharmaceutical sales and works this business one day a week.

What do the Shark Tank Investors say about Bounce Boot Camp

Mark Cuban is out because he is not ready to be a business that takes on an investor due to working it one day a week.

Daymond John says he has to be honest with him, he is getting kids off the couch, but the business model doesn't work so he has to be out.

Kevin O'Leary wants proof of concept and doesn't think that he is going to be able to make this work. He is out.

Lori Greiner thinks he should make it something solid, year round in Arizona. He needs to be working it full-time and have proof of concept. She is out.

Robert Herjavec respects how hard he is working but he doesn't see how he can invest today to grow his money. He is out.

Bounce Boot Camp after Shark Tank?

It appears Thomas is still active with Bounce Boot Camp as he has an offering for franchisees and a directory by state that lists the Bounce Boot Camp locations. I tried a few states and did not find any, but there may be locations. I would list them out on his site so they are easily found, instead of through a drop down menu.

His program sounds like a good idea for healthy kids, so I hope he finds traction.
