Before I switched my blog from Joomla to WordPress, I searched to find the best WordPress Theme. At first, I was extremely disappointed with my results. Fortunately, I visited several sites done by top bloggers and discovered many of them used the same theme package.
During my search, I came across a theme package that the founder of WordPress, Matt Mullenweg endorses. That’s a substantial claim to fame. Then I realized that people like Darren Rowse, Chris Brogan and Brian Clark used the same theme package. Actually, Brian Clark is the guy behind the themes of choice.
It became very clear what I needed to use to build my blogs. Imagine my surprise when I discovered there were over 30 unique designs that I could choose from. It didn’t take long to make my decision. I had three choices and I went for the top of the line, Pro plus Package.
I get unlimited use of every theme they make, unlimited updates and support, detailed tutorials and I have the option of building them for other people without having to pay an additional license.
The themes easily plug-in to WordPress and their control panels have numerous functions allowing me to customize my site. Even better, It requires almost no coding expertise. You can do everything through widgets and post pages making this package one of the easiest I have ever worked with.
The Performance has been outstanding as well. Of course, having the right hosting environment is paramount to having a successful blog as well. The last thing you want to have happen is your website to crash if your site gets major public attention.
The WordPress Themes I’m talking about is Studio Press Genesis. I’ve been working with this package for roughly four months and I’ve never been able to get my content indexed in Google better than I have today.
