The Sharks are investors who use their own money to invest into startup companies appearing on ABC's hit series Shark Tank. The show began on August 9th, 2009 with the pilot episode of Season 1 and is now in Season 9.
Sharks Barbara Corcoran, Daymond John, Kevin O'Leary and Robert Herjavec appear in all nine seasons, with Mark Cuban appearing in seasons two through nine. Lori Greiner, the other primary Shark appears in seasons three through nine of Shark Tank.
