Marz Sprays is the creation of Brandon and Keith Mark. They are pitching Shark Tank on their product that eliminate the need for swallowing most pills, using a spray instead. They are oral sprays that deliver vitamins as an alternative to pills.
Marz Sprays uses quality infomercials
Brandon and Keith use infomercials for Marz Sprays to demonstrate their product, and even pitch T-Mobile, a sponsor of Shark Tank. The Sharks think there commercials are nicely done.
Marz Sprays founders point to a study by Harrison Interactive that says one hundred million people will not take pills. That’s almost half the American population which make Mark Cuban irritable and calling this product a scam.
Kevin’s claim is the whole supplemental market is a scam, but it is a multi-billion dollar industry.
Brandon says they are not hustlers, they have first mover advantage. In nine months they did about $125,000 in sales. Their products just went into their fulfillment center nine days ago. Natures Made is interested in their product and want to do a licensing agreement.
They have five pending purchase orders for over a million dollars. They have to register März Sprays in each country.

What do the Shark Tank Investors say about Marz Sprays
Mark Cuban doesn’t think they have anything that is protectable, and he believes that they have vastly underestimated how much money it takes to be a leader, he is out.
Daymond John goes out citing the difficulty of getting the supplement products registered in each of the countries they have purchase orders.
Kevin O’Leary likes this space because of the size, and what Lori brings to the table, but they don’t participate together very often. He offers $250,000 for 40%, and she wants to do it alone. She stomped on Kevin’s Olive Branch and goes to $200,000 for 25%. Lori Matches Kevin’s deal.
Lori Greiner likes what they are doing so she makes an offer and gets the deal. She offers $200,000 for 30% of the company contingent upon getting the Natures Made deal.
Robert Herjavec thinks the reboot stuff really works, but he is not a big supplement guy so he is out.
Marz Sprays after Shark Tank?
Marz Sprays is marketing the Sleep Spray after the Season 4 deal with Lori Greiner. They have been in litigation with WallGreens, and Jennifer Love Hewitt, who claimed they used her image as promotional material of her product.
The company claims that Hewitt attended a gifting suite and posed for several pictures of which the company purchased after the event.
As of now, it appears that the only product the company offers is Marz Sprays Sleep Restorative Spray.
