Magic Moments has deal with CafePress
They work with a public company called CafePress to ensure legal sale of their photograph on Magic Moments.
Magic Moments is CafePress mobile App exclusively through a licensing deal, but they are pre-revenue. They are working with them on a straight revenue deal.
Sanford, Trevor, and George built the technology for the mobile app and then approached CafePress for an exclusive deal. They mapped their technology into CafePress.
Sanford Nelson, Trevor George, and Blake George raised $500,000 from friends and family for 33% equity.
