Extreme Sandbox is the place for the Adult Kids to play in a sandbox made for them. They have full size construction equipments and heavy equipment company. Drive a bulldozer, excavator or other machines that adults can play with.
The company has done a million dollars in four years. They are on track to do $500,000 in the current pitch year and is located outside of Minneapolis. They lease the equipment allowing them to get high end equipment on a five year lease. He has 10 Acres of land.
Extreme Sandbox has never had an accident, and Mark Cuban tells Randy that he has land in Dallas for a new location. Randy was a police officer previously before starting his company.
He wants to franchise locations and that thirty percent of the business could be done in a central location.
