About Boot Illusions
Boot Illusions take your favorite pair of heals and turns them into stylish boots instantly. the shoe goes inside the boot cover and the heal slides through into place giving you two shoes in one. The combination allows you to broaden your style with multiple heel/upper combinations to get the look you want.
Boot Illusions is not in production at the time of their Shark Tank pitch, but are in the prototype phase. Queenie is working on the retail pressence of this product.
Think of the space you will save, with the styles that you have to choose from in your closet. Use your existing shoes in your closet. She found a manufacturer in Turkey to make her shoe line.
Queenie and Andrew own the company equally, and they invested $40,000 of their own money. Cost is around $25, and they will retail from $129-179.

Boot Illusions after Shark Tank
The Boot Illusions deal with Barbara Corcoran fell apart after the Shark Tank pitch and Queenie Davis struggled to bring her company to market. She had her other products, Queen Grace’s shoes that disappeared as well.
Sometimes entrepreneurs pursue their dream to build a product, when the product that sells is right in front of them. She may have been better to market the Queen Grace shoe line instead of pursuing the convertible boot.
Jeska Shoe Company is another convertible type shoe business that scored a deal in the Shark Tank but failed after the show. On the other hand, One Sole by Dominique McClain Barteet is the third convertible type shoe to appear in Shark Tank and continues to be successful.
